Prompt2Product · Circle build plan · for Darryl & Alex
Which Circle space type for each space
When you create a space, Circle asks for a type: Posts, Chat, Course, Images, Events or Members. At launch we use three of them for nine spaces in five groups, one group per sub-promise. Each card below lists the settings, the topics and the pinned post to paste in.
A prompt line tells members what to write. Circle has no placeholder field for it as far as we know, so add it as the second sentence of the space description. It is also covered in the pinned post.
The answer at a glance
Left: the sidebar as members will see it, with each space's type. Right: the six types and what we use them for.

Challenges (drip, from month 3)
Sections and lessons give recordings and challenge days a clear order. Lesson comments work as progress logs.
Events1 space
Live Sessions: office hours and live reviews, workshops, welcome calls
RSVPs, reminders, recurring events and time-zone display, all in one place.
Chatnot at launch
Fast and unsearchable, so a small group looks quiet in it. Add a "Lounge" or per-challenge trio chats once there are 50+ active members.
Imagesnot at launch
A gallery format. It could later hold challenge demo screenshots. For now, screenshots go into posts.
Membersnot at launch
A members directory. It only helps at scale (month 6+). Introductions does this job until then.
Space by space
Create them in this order, which is also the sidebar order. Bracketed text […] is for us to fill in.

Welcome to Prompt2Product! We're Darryl and Alex, and we're glad you're here.
This is a community for working BAs, Product Owners and developers who want to stay confident and current as AI reshapes how software gets built. Nobody here has it all figured out. That's the point.
How it works
💬 Ask a Question: stuck on something AI-related at work? Ask here. No question is too basic.
🧰 Share What's Working: tried something that worked (or fell over)? Tell us what happened.
📚 Prompt & Template Library: tested prompts and templates you can use today.
🎥 Live Sessions: fortnightly office hours with live reviews, plus a monthly workshop and welcome call.
🎬 Replay Library: every session, recorded.
🎉 Wins & Ship-It Friday: every Friday, share what you shipped, tried or learned.
Your first three steps (10 minutes)
1. Introduce yourself in Introductions (there's a template).
2. Ask one question in Ask a Question, even a small one.
3. RSVP to the next Welcome Call in Live Sessions.
The rhythm
Mon: Question of the week · Fortnightly: Office Hours & Live Review · Monthly: Workshop + Welcome Call · Fri: Ship-It Friday
House rules
1. Be generous. Answer what you can, even partially.
2. Share real experience, including what didn't work.
3. Keep work confidential. Anonymise anything from your employer or clients.
4. No selling or cold DMs. Tools are fine to discuss, pitches aren't.
Questions about the community itself? Message either of us directly.

Darryl's and Alex's own intros, as examples
Pinned post: "Introduce yourself here 👇 (template inside)"
Copy this, fill it in, and post it as a new post (not a comment):
Name & role:
Where I work / what I work on:
How I use AI at work today: (not yet / experimenting / most weeks / built into our team)
One AI win or fail so far:
What I want from Prompt2Product:
Ask me about: (something you know well, AI or not)
We'll say hi to every introduction personally. Then pick one other intro and say hello. That's how this place gets going.

3 real questions people have asked us, posted and answered in full
Pinned post: "How to ask a great question (and get a fast answer)"
Questions are what this community is for. Here's how to get a useful answer quickly:
1. Title = the question. "How do I get Claude to stop inventing business rules in user stories?" beats "AI help".
2. Context: your role, the tool you're using, and what you're trying to achieve.
3. What you tried: paste the prompt (anonymised) and what came back.
4. Pick a topic: BA, PO, Dev, Prompting or Tools.
Want it looked at live? Tag it Review request by [day before the session] and we'll pick 2–3 for the next Office Hours & Live Review.
When you get an answer that works, reply "✅ solved" and say what fixed it. The next person searching will thank you.

One post from each host: one ✅ and one ❌
Pinned post: "Share what's working (and what isn't)"
Tried something with AI at work? Share it here. Failures count as much as successes.
A simple format:
The problem: what you were trying to do
What I tried: the tool, prompt or workflow (anonymised)
What happened: the result, with a screenshot if you can
Verdict: ✅ keeper / 🔁 needs work / ❌ don't bother

Recurring
At least one new item a fortnight, often from a workshop or review
Every item here has been used on real work. Each post follows the same format, so you can scan quickly:
- What it's for: one line
- Role / stage: who it's for and when to use it
- The prompt or template: copy-ready (or a download)
- When it works / when it doesn't: honest notes
- Example output: so you know what good looks like
Filter by topic to find your role or stage. Used something and improved it? Comment with your version. The best improvements get merged in, with credit.
Missing something? Ask in Ask a Question and we'll build it.

Pinned post and the weekly thread
Every Friday we post a thread: What did you ship, try or learn with AI this week?
Reply with one line, or a screenshot. It doesn't need to be finished or impressive. "Got Claude to write decent acceptance criteria on the second try" counts.
Got a bigger win (a promotion, a process your team adopted, a prototype that turned into a project)? Make it its own post with the topic Win.
Cheer each other on. A reaction takes one second and keeps people coming back.
🚢 Ship-It Friday: [date]
